Our Charism is a gift of the Holy Spirit to live and announce th Gospel as minor Sisters, in permanent availability to the will of God, inserted in a needy world.
The identity of our Congregation in to live the love of God and of neighbor, according to the Gospel, in chastity, poverty and obedience, after the example of St. Francis of Assisi, following the humble, crucified Christ, in a constant attitude of conversion, animated by the spirit of contemplation, poverty and humility, lived in fraternity.
The awareness of this identity must impregnate our spirituality, guide our choices, and characterize our formation and our apostilic activities. It is based firmly on:
1. Love for the Eucharist, center of life and source for community and apostolic zeal;
2. Contemplation on the Passion of Christ, which motivates us to constant conversion.
3. Love of Mary Immaculate, teacher of fidelity to the Word of God.
4. Veneration of St. Joseph, model of faith in humble and silent service.
5. A profound ecclesial sense, manifested in fidelity and service to the Church, in the appreciation of liturgical prayer and in respect and esteem of priests by reason of their ministry.
6. The living out of poverty, not only in our form of life, but also through sharing and responding effectively to the situation of the poor.
